The problem
Management could not tell how much call load the front desk carried, which extensions were drowning, or how many callers gave up. The phone vendor's own reporting answered none of it.
What I built
A dashboard on top of the telephony API, polling inside the vendor rate limit on purpose, so the monitor never becomes the reason the phone system throttles. Company wide call volume, per extension load, message and voicemail flow, all in one view.
Result
Staffing conversations now start from a number instead of an impression.
