Privacy policy
This site collects as little as it can. This page sets out what that is.
Who is responsible
Kirill Rudan, a sole proprietor based in Sacramento, California, operating SUPREMECYBERPUNK. The contact details are at the bottom of this page.
What the forms collect
When you send an enquiry or an order: your name, email address, company if you give one, your message and the language of the page, and for an order also the service, budget band and timeline you picked. To stop spam and abuse, the server also records your IP address and your browser's user agent with the submission.
Visits
Vercel, which hosts the site, keeps standard request logs for every visit, including the IP address, the browser and the page requested.
What the site does not do
No cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. Fonts are served from this site itself; nothing is loaded from Google or other third parties. The only thing kept in your browser is one session-storage entry that makes the intro animation play once per visit, and it lasts only for that tab's session. The site does not track visitors over time or across sites, so it does not respond differently to Do Not Track signals, and apart from the hosting logs described above, no third party collects such data through it.
Who processes it
Vercel hosts this site. Neon stores form submissions in a PostgreSQL database. Resend delivers the email that tells me about a new submission, and the e-signature emails, including the signed document sent to each party on completion. The notification email, like our correspondence, arrives at my email provider, currently Google (Gmail). Stripe handles invoices, payments and maintenance subscriptions, including your name, email, billing details, subscription status and payment history; payment details go to Stripe directly. Documenso, which I host on Railway, holds quotes and contracts signed electronically together with their signing record.
Why it is used
To answer you, quote and deliver the work, invoice it, and keep the business records the law requires. Nothing is sold, rented or shared for advertising.
How long it is kept
Submissions and project records are kept while the work and its defect period last, and after that as long as tax and business record-keeping rules require. Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept until you ask me to delete them. Bank details you send for a refund are kept with the business records. Vercel keeps its request logs for a limited period under its own retention policy, and backups held by the providers above expire on their own schedules.
Your choices
Email me to see, correct or delete what I hold about you. I answer within 30 days and delete anything I am not required to keep by law and do not need to establish or defend legal claims.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
