The problem
Two organizations, two clinical platforms, two vendors, one deadline, and no shared interface. Orders were being moved by people.
What I built
Agreed file contract, a transfer host, mapping on both sides, and a change protocol with an export taken before every mutation and a rollback prepared in advance.
Result
The exchange went live on the date the partners committed to.
