The problem
Procedures were scattered across shared drives, email threads and one person's memory. New hires learned by asking whoever was nearest.
What I built
An internal portal with one shared editing engine behind articles, rules and announcements, so an improvement to the editor lands everywhere at once. Access through identity-aware proxy, no patient data on board by design.
Result
Documentation has an address. Onboarding stopped being an oral tradition.
