The problem
Everyone knew their own part. Nobody had the whole picture, so process changes kept breaking something two departments away.
What I built
One structured model of the business rendered through three lenses, so the same reality can be read as a workflow, as an org function, or as a stack of systems.
Result
Process arguments now happen over a shared picture.
