The problem
Applicants fell through gaps between enquiry, document collection and enrolment. Follow-up depended on an advisor remembering.
What I built
A CRM with a stage model, a scheduled automation engine in three layers, and deployment driven by merge. Built alongside a second engineer with a shared database across four applications.
Result
Follow-up happens on schedule rather than on memory, and the pipeline state is one query away.
